From Sunday 2nd September, Pipers Row will re-open in Wolverhampton City Centre following the completion of Midland Metro Alliance works. 

As a result, from this date a number of services will operate to revised routes and/or timetables, details of which you can find below.

1 - Dudley to Tettenhall Wood via Sedgley & Wolverhampton

Buses towards Dudley will run via Darlington Street, Queen Square, Lichfield Street, Pipers Row, Bilston Street, St Georges Parade and Snow Hill, serving stops outside Beatties, The Art Gallery, Grand Theatre and St Georges Parade (outside the old Sainsbury's).

Towards Tettenhall Wood, buses will run from Snow Hill via Bilston Street, Pipers Row, Lichfield Street, Queen Square and Darlington Street.

A revised timetable will also be introduced from 2nd September. 

2 - Warstones to Bushbury Hill via Wolverhampton

Towards Warstones, buses will operate in Wolverhampton city centre via Stafford Street, Lichfield Street and Darlington Street. 

Please be aware that services to Warstones will no longer serve Wolverhampton Bus Station. Services towards Bushbury will call at Wolverhampton Bus Station.

3 - Castlecroft to Fordhouses via Wolverhampton

4 - Spring Hill to i54 via Wolverhampton

Towards the i54 and Fordhouses, buses will start serving the stop outside the Grand Theatre from 2nd September.

6 / 6A - Wolverhampton to Wobaston

These services will have a revised timetable from 2nd September, but there will be no change to the routes.

10 / 10A / 10B - Wolverhampton to Perton / Pattingham (A) / Codsall (B)

New services 10A and 10B will be introduced to serve Pattingham and Codsall from 2nd September. This will include a revised timetable, but no changes will be made to the route in Wolverhampton city centre.

25 - Wolverhampton to Pendeford

Service will serve Wolverhampton Bus Station and will stop at Bilston Street to unload only. A revised timetable will also be introduced from 2nd September.

27 / 27A - Wolverhampton to Dudley 

These services will serve Wolverhampton Bus Station, and will stop at Bilston Street to unload only. A revised timetable will also be introduced from 2nd September.

32 / 33 - Wolverhampton to Northwood Park

These services will have a revised timetable from 2nd September, but no changes will be made to the routes.

59 - Wolverhampton to Ashmore Park

This service will have a revised timetable from 2nd September, but no changes will be made to the route currently operated.

79 - Wolverhampton to West Bromwich

This service will serve Wolverhampton Bus Station, and run to a revised timetable from 2nd September.

81 - Wolverhampton to Merry Hill 

This service will serve Wolverhampton Bus Station and run to a revised timetable from 2nd September.

82 - Wolverhampton to Dudley 

This service will operate via Horseley Fields when leaving Wolverhampton. It will also run to a revised timetable from 2nd September.

126 - Wolverhampton to Birmingham via Dudley

From 2nd September, service 126 will no longer travel between Wolverhampton and Dudley, but it will continue to run from Dudley to Birmingham, with a new timetable being introduced.

Customers will be able to travel between Wolverhampton, Dudley and Birmingham, on our new X7 and X8 services, which will depart from Wolverhampton Bus Station. 

Between Dudley and Birmingham, the X7 and X8 will run a limited stop service via Oldbury, Smethwick and City Hospital (X7) or Blackheath, Quinton and Bearwood (X8).

255 / 255A / 256 - Wolverhampton to Merry Hill / Stourbridge

These services are to be renumbered as part of the Dudley & Sandwell Service Changes, and will become the 15, 15A and 16. 

No changes will be made to the timetables or routes, they will simply be known by new service numbers from 2nd September. 

529 - Wolverhampton to Walsall

This service will operate via Horseley Fields when leaving Wolverhampton, a revised timetable will also be introduced from 2nd September.
